First of all, go to you qalab account and select My orders and download your theme.
After downloading your theme don't change the theme folder name inside the zip file.
Installing Through Qalab Manager Plugin
This method is the easy one to install your theme. Follow these steps to accomplish this action:
- Download and install Qalab Manager Plugin;
- Go to your account and create a new token;
- Make sure that the following permissions are checked : List purchases you've made, Download your purchased item, View and search Qalab products;
- Copy your token and go to Qalab Manager > Settings. Then paste your code in token field and click "Save changes". If everything goes as expected, a new "Themes" tab will be added, click on it and you will see all your purchased items, pick a theme of your choice and click on "install" button.
Uploading Through WordPress
To upload through your WordPress dashboard, go to Appearence > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme. Next, click on "choose file" button and select the theme zip file, then select "Install Now". Once the theme is fully uploaded and installed, click "Activate" to activate the SoftDown WordPress theme. Watch this video.
FTP Upload
To manually upload your new WordPress theme, login with your credentials to your website and locate the wp-content folder in your WordPress install files. Upload the un-zipped Uptime WordPress Theme folder into the: wp-content/themes folder.
Once uploaded, activate the theme by heading to the “Themes” menu in the WordPress Dashboard. Locate the SoftDown WordPress theme and hit “Activate”.
