Before getting started, make sure your web server meet the below requirements:
- PHP 7.2 or greater;
- Ioncube Loader Extension (SoftDown will not work without it);
- Wordpress 4.6 or greater;
- Classic Editor Plugin
If any of these requirements aren't met, your theme will not work. So, please contact your web hosting provider to help you about this.
Currently, SoftDown is compatible with:

- Google Chrome;
- Mozilla Firefox;
- Opera;
